Tragus piercing rejection rate?

I was wondering if a normal tragus piercing usually rejects or migrates? My cousin had her tragus pierced for months before it actually fell out and i only got mine pierced 2 days ago. Its a little red at the tip too. I've never had too much trouble with piercings so is it going to be ok?
