Once deported from usa can an india citizen migrate to uk if he is married to an uk citizen?

i was convicted of a sex offence where i was chatting with a minor on yahooo messanger and got traped by cops to get locked up for 1 and half year in usa before getting deported to india...now more likely im getting married to an uk citizen girl in short future, so will it be easy to get migrated and may i live a normal life in uk like india as well?
