Belly button ring looks weird.. But no pain.?

I've had my navel pierced for six months, I had it pierced before, but it was rejected. I let it heal and got it repierced. So it's basically in a scar. Now it appears to be rejecting or migrating. But there's no pain. No itching. And no red lines behind the bars. And I can't see the bar under teeth. I clean it 3 times a day and have a titanium bar. But I can see a LOT of the bar. The scar tissue used to be puffy, but now it's not as much, is it healing? Or what's going on? The skin holding it in had gone to about half the size it used to be, please help. :C
