How do you switch plans on Virgin Mobile?

I had the LG 101 with a PayLo plan and I'm trying to set up my new Samsung Restore with a Beyond Talk plan. When I enter the serial number from the phone it says you have to migrate your plan..I click their link to it, but the options I'm given are the PayLo plans only. How do I switch to the Beyond Talk plans?
